We recently took delivery of a badly worn paste transfer pump from a major recycling plant.

We started by shot blasting the pump. We then machined several outer surfaces, metal sprayed and ground the main shaft, replaced the bearings and then repainted it.

The pump was ready in 4 working days and is now back on site at the recycling plant. The site engineer thanked us for the quick turnaround.
