We recently received two very tired dredging pumps and spare parts from a specialist dredging vessel which is currently in dry dock for a comprehensive overhaul.

After stripping down and inspecting the pumps, we concluded that we could salvage them by using our blasting, coating and machining expertise which has been developed over a duration of nearly 50 years.

To replace these with new pumps would have cost the ship operator tens of thousands of pounds. Fortunately, we were able to bring the pumps back to optimum operating levels without the need to replace them – the ship operator was, of course, delighted with the outcome.
